Cecilia is a supervising associate in our Employment group in Madrid. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
Cecilia provides advice on day to day employment matters arising throughout the individual employment relationship. She also advises companies on collective aspects of labour law from the information and consultation of employees’ representative bodies to the collective dismissals.
In addition, Cecilia has expertise in litigation on all major areas of employment law.
Cecilia joined Simmons & Simmons in 2015. She holds a postgraduate degree in Employment law from Garrigues. She has completed a secondment at our office in Amsterdam. Cecilia is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
