We advised on the employment, pensions and incentives aspects of the deal - co-ordinating advice across 25 jurisdictions. Our knowledge and understanding of the in house team and the business’s people priorities led to a smooth transition for its people.
This global firm asked us to investigate how they handled allegations of sexual assault against a senior partner. We carried out more than 30 interviews and analysed relevant documents as part of our work. Our experience of handling these reputationally sensitive investigations allowed us to provide recommendations to our client which they are now using to overhaul their approach to harassment and bullying.
Advising on multiple multi-jurisdictional projects such as senior management contracts, bonus arrangements, social media, investigations, employee severance, compliance and conduct policies.
