Erwan specialises in EU and French competition law, including anti-competitive practices, merger control, distribution and consumer law. He works on both advisory and contentious matters.
Erwan qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2021.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2021, Erwan completed several internships in leading international firms in Paris.
Erwan holds an Advanced Master degree – Magistère in Business Law – DJCE from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a Certificate of Specialised Studies in Economic Law from the University of Montpellier.
