Martin specialises in dispute resolution, commercial litigation and international arbitration (including ICC and ICSID). He advises clients in sectors as diverse as energy, construction, food and beverage, automotive, real estate, pharmaceuticals and medical device. His practice mainly covers national and cross border disputes in contract law, criminal law, tort law, commercial and private international law.
Martin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012 and joined our Paris office in October 2012.
He graduated in Litigation, Arbitration and ADR at the University Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne and also obtained a postgraduate degree at the University of Oxford.
He also graduated in 2020 as Mediator after a two year training at the Ecole international des modes alternatifs de règlement des litiges (EIMA) and the Institut de formation à la mediation et à la négociation (IFOMENE).
Martin is fluent in English.
