Central Bank of Ireland publishes Markets Update No 2 of 2025

On 8 April 2025, the Central Bank of Ireland (the Central Bank) published Issue No 2 of 2025 of its regular Markets Update, in which it sets out alerts of interest to Irish regulated firms and other market participants.

The Central Bank amends its Guidance on Investor Money Requirements

On 8 April 2025, the Central Bank of Ireland ("Central Bank") published amended Guidance to assist fund service providers in complying with the Investor Money Requirements.

This incorporates the Investor Money Requirements Questions and Answers (Q&As), which were issued in December 2018.

As a result, the reference and the link to the Q&As have been removed from the Central Bank's website.
