On 30 July 2026, the Central Bank of Ireland (the Central Bank) published Issue No 15 2026 of its regular Markets Update, in which it sets out alerts of interest to Irish regulated firms and other market participants. Publication of updated AIF Rulebook

On 29 July 2026, the Central Bank published an updated version of its AIF Rulebook.

This includes amendments made to the following Parts within Chapter 2:

• Part III – Additional provisions applicable to Qualifying Investor AIFs which have a Registered AIFM and
• Part IV - Additional provisions applicable to Qualifying Investor AIFs which have a Non-EU AIFM.
