Jean is a Counsel in the Litigation group in Paris, focusing on complex and high-stakes commercial and civil disputes, including litigation for key players in the banking, crypto, energy, and real estate sectors.

Jean also has experience advising on risks related to the application of financial and trade sanctions, as well as on ESG matters.

During his time at Simmons & Simmons, Jean has completed several secondments in litigation roles, including a year-long secondment to the dispute resolution team of one of the largest US corporations providing energy solutions to the aviation, marine, building, and ground transportation sectors.
