Jean is a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution group in Paris, specialising in commercial litigation as well as ESG and international economic sanctions.
He has extensive experience in a variety of complex and cross-border commercial matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Jean routinely advises and assists key players in a broad range of industries, including in the energy, real estate, financial institutions and construction sectors.
Jean has expertise advising on ESG matters and helping assess the application of ESG regulations to companies with global footprints. He also regularly advises clients on mitigating and managing their risks in relation to the application of financial and trade sanctions.
During his time at Simmons & Simmons, Jean has been seconded for one year in the dispute resolution team of one of the largest US corporations which delivers energy solutions to aviation, marine, building and ground transportation.
