£70m acquisition of Sunseeker International

Advising Miami-based investment firm, Lionheart Capital, on a secured £70 million facility for the acquisition of renowned British boatbuilder Sunseeker International.

NM Rothschilds

Advising on various trust and limited partnership investment structures in the real estate and real estate debt sector, including the structuring and documentation of two major segregated managed accounts focused on UK real estate credit.

Luxembourg infrastructure fund

Acting for a Luxembourg infrastructure fund and its two related feeder funds in relation to a €300,000,000 revolving multicurrency facility agreement in two tranches (including a temporary increase to €650,000,000) provided by a Australian bank, involving both capital call and net asset value elements.
