Rachel is Country Head for Ireland, leading the management and strategic growth of the firm’s Irish office.
She is a finance partner with 25 years of experience advising on a broad spectrum of debt finance transactions including real estate finance, corporate finance and fund finance. Rachel’s practice spans advising Irish banks, financial institutions, funds, and corporates, as well as international financial institutions, private equity houses, and funds operating within the Irish and international markets. Her expertise also extends to structured loan arrangements, back-leverage financing, and sophisticated structured finance solutions involving Irish Section 110 vehicles.
In addition, Rachel has worked with international investment banks on secured structured note arrangements for internal balance sheet transactions, intragroup treasury loan arrangements, and various structured product programmes using Irish issuers. She has also advised on back-leverage funding arrangements for funds and Irish SPVs in connection with real estate and corporate lending platforms.
