Kay regularly acts for private credit funds, capital solutions funds, private equity sponsors, CLOs, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and financial institutions. Kay’s sector expertise includes real estate, TMT, healthcare and life sciences, energy and renewables and financial services.
