Kathryn is a securitisation and asset-backed finance partner in the Structured Finance and Derivatives team in London. Kathryn has extensive experience advising on all forms of securitisation and asset backed finance including major £2bn-£10bn portfolio sales and acquisitions financed by way of securitisation, public securitisation transactions including inaugural public issuances, private warehouse securitisations and forward flows. Kathryn advises on all major asset classes including RMBS, CMBS, Consumer (including Autos and Cards) and SME and has structured multiple complex securitisation structures including master trust transactions.
Kathryn also has significant experience in some of the more niche asset classes such as structuring Shariah compliant transactions for home purchase plan assets and other types of Shariah lending products, British Business Bank ENABLE Guarantee supported securitisations of SME Loans, securitisations of fund financing facilities (FFS) and also ESG securitisations such as solar loans.
