Ius curia novit in arbitrage en vernietigingsprocedures

There is a debate among arbitration practitioners whether the principle of ius curia novit applies in arbitration. In a recent publication, Prof. Niek Peters set some guidelines. In this respect, Prof. Peters also discussed the application of the principle of ius curia novit in annulment proceedings and the consequences thereof for the arbitration proceedings.
