Sam specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His practice mainly covers clients in national and cross-border dispute with a particular focus on banking and financial law, product liability, tort and commercial contractual disputes as well as real estate, pharmaceuticals é medical device.
Sam has also developed experience in regulatory matters (compliance, review of policies).
He assists clients both at pre-litigation and litigation stage.
Sam advises clients in various sectors, such as banking and finance, real estate, pharmaceutical and medical devices and product liability.
Sam was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022 and joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons the same year.
He holds an LL.M degree from the University of King’s College London, a Master degree in Business Litigation from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and studied Business Law at the same university. His previous work experience includes working in other national and international law firms in Paris.
He is fluent in French, English and Farsi.
