Quentin specialises in dispute resolution and insurance law.
His experience in these fields covers product liability, breach of contract, and insurance law both in dispute (Professional Indemnity, Financial lines, D&O) and regulatory matters (compliance, regulator investigations, review of policies).
Quentin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007 and joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in 2008, after spending two years in a French law firm.
Quentin holds a postgraduate degree in French private law from the University Paris II Panthéon - Assas. He was also a lecturer at the University (Paris II Panthéon-Assas and University of Lyon).
Quentin is a frequent author of thought leadership materials in the area of insurance and risk management. Recent publications include Insurance and duty to advise : new developments, Anxiety Damage : position of the Cour de Cassation and Regulation of broker activities.
He is an active member of UJARF (French Association of the Young Insurers and Reinsurers).
