Tommaso is a Partner and Head of the Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction practice.
He has gained more than 20 years of M&A, project finance and regulatory experience in major international law firms in London, Milan and Middle East.
Tommaso has a wealth of experience providing counsel on solar, wind, biomass and geothermal energy large scale projects, as well as in green hydrogen and any other technology related to renewable energy and oil & gas projects.
He is regularly engaged in matters which also require the involvement of Investment Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction), O&M (Operation & Maintenance), Utilities, energy traders, banks, and public institutions.
Tommaso is also noted for his involvement in iconic national and international energy deals throughout his career – which has seen him heavily entrenched in negotiations for listed and privately held companies involving cross-border and multi-jurisdiction mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and private equity.
He is a point of reference in the Italian market for his vision and approach to the energy sector.
