International law firm Simmons & Simmons, advised Altea Green Power, a company active in the design and installation of renewable energy plants, on the acquisition of 100% of the SPV NB5, owner of a 16.75 MW photovoltaic plant located in Montecchio, Emilia.
The asset was owned by KGAL, a German investment and asset management company with assets under management exceeding €16 billion.
Simmons & Simmons advised the buyer with a team led by partner Tommaso Tomaiuolo, supported by supervising associates Andrea Pototschnig and Gianluca De Donno and lawyer Giorgio Bianchi. Tax advice was provided by partner Marco Palanca and supervising associate Luca Bocchetti, and administrative law by partner Mauro Pisapia, counsel Luigi Pontrelli and associate Luigi Gabriele Bulfamante.
