Richard specialises in private equity, special situations, international M&A and transactions in the diversfied industrials sector. Richard is based in our London office and heads our UK Private Equity Group.
Richard regularly advises institutional investors and management teams on private equity transactions and global corporates on international M&A, treasury and reorgansiation projects. As well as advising institutional investors on investments in high-growth companies, he also advises special situation investors on complex and/or distressed transactions.
Throughout his career Richard has advised clients in the diversified industrials sector. As part of this focus, he was seconded to work alongside the GC of Doncasters. That experience provided invaluable insights into the day to day operations of a global corporate, the life of a GC and the legal and commercial issues which typically arise in the sector.
