Within our Intellectual Property department, Guillaume mainly advises international and French clients on innovative projects, and operates in all field of IP, especially trade mark, trade secret, know-how, patent, design and copyright law. He takes part in pre-contentious as well as contentious matters before the national jurisdictions. He also assists clients in the negotiations and drafting of contracts.
Guillaume joined our team in 2022, the same year he was admitted to the Paris Bar.
Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Comparative Law from University College London (UK) and Paris II University, a Master's degree in Civil law from Lyon III University and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property law from Paris II University.
He speaks French and English.
