Eva is a supervising associate in our Düsseldorf office and part of our Employment team. Eva advises our clients on all employment law questions covering daily business as well as restructuring projects.
Eva’s knowledge on restructuring allows her to give detailed advice on the process of restructuring including the involvement of competent authorities. Her knowledge of works council’s participation rights allows her to provide clients with comprehensive information on whether works councils must be included in specific matters.
Her experiences in investigations provide for detailed knowledge concerning the execution and evaluation of fact-finding exercises as well as advice regarding legal and business consequences.
