We opened for business in Düsseldorf in 2001 and are based in the iconic Kö-Bogen building - widely considered to be the city’s project of the century.

Our Düsseldorf team focuses on five sectors – asset management and investment funds, financial services, TMT, healthcare and life sciences and automotive. Our client base includes major national and international corporates and leading financial institutions.

The team works with clients across these sectors to deliver a wide range of advice, from M&A, competition and regulatory to intellectual property, employment matters and dispute resolution.

We’re serious about our social responsibilities and commitment to equality in the Düsseldorf office. One of the many pro bono initiatives we have taken part in was supporting the city authorities in staging a diversity conference.
