With an increasing demand for its services and growing headcount, International law firm Simmons & Simmons is pleased to announce the relocation of its Dublin office to One Molesworth Street.
Simmons opened its Dublin office in May 2018. The firm quickly outgrew its initial office space and subsequently relocated to Grand Canal Dock in 2019.
The 13,100sq ft square foot office is located on the fourth floor at One Molesworth Steet. The space has state-of-the-art facilities, advanced technology infrastructure, and is in a prime location - which is rapidly becoming known as the City’s ‘International Quarter’. The open plan design will also provide a dynamic and flexible work environment for staff, aligning with the firm’s commitment to embracing agile working principles. The lease of the space will run until 2038 and offers significant room for further expansion of the firm’s business in Ireland.

The move will be effective as of May 2024.
