Denise has experience handling general commercial litigation, professional negligence claims and insurance claims with a particular focus on professional services firms and financial institutions. She is a contributing editor of Hong Kong Civil Procedure.
Denise is a managing associate in the Dispute Resolution group based in Hong Kong. She works closely with major accounting firms in defending audit negligence claims and advises them on regulatory and disciplinary proceedings. She also has experience advising investment banks and asset managers on investigations and regulatory matters.
Denise joined Simmons & Simmons as a trainee solicitor in 2013 and qualified in Hong Kong as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution group in 2016. Denise spent six months as a trainee on secondment to an international investment bank handling their Hong Kong regulatory investigation work.
