Increased risk of fraud: Working from home - A legal roadmap, 27 October
In the second webinar in our working from home series we discuss:
- the key changes in the new environment that may expose companies and employers to an increased risk of fraud, including;
- a shift in focus from routine compliance checks to emergency responses and new operational measures;
- job cuts or pay cuts generating pressure for employees and in some cases resulting in misconduct or fraud;
- disruptions to normal processes leaving organisations vulnerable to cyber-attacks or malicious third parties; and
- the practical steps that companies and employers can take to mitigate these risks, including measures on oversight and control, training and communication, advanced monitoring and preparedness for the future.

Conduct risk: Working from home - A legal roadmap, 13 October
In this session, we look at:
- conduct risk to financial services firms operating alternate work arrangements;
- challenges in monitoring and supervision of employees working remotely; and
- how to maintain risk control and ensure compliance with regulations whilst operating business as usual.
Future sessions in the series will look at the increased risk of fraud whilst working from home, employment issues, data privacy and cybersecurity issues.
