Anne-Catherine is dual qualified as both a pharmacist and a lawyer, specializing in pharmaceutical issues.
She holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Doctorate in Law, and is Professor at Lille University, where she is head of the Pharmaceutical Law and Economics Department and co-director of the Master's degree in European and International Regulatory Affairs for healthcare products.
Anne-Catherine won the National Board of Pharmacists prize for her research into pharmaceutical industry liability. She was appointed by the Minister of Health as advisor of the industry sections of the National Board of Pharmacists.
She is also a member of the National Academy of Pharmacy and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Rare Diseases Foundation.
She assists the health industries in the application of pharmaceutical regulations at all stages of the product’s life cycle, both through its legal and strategic advice and through the support and representation of its clients.
She has in particular significant expertise on regulatory matters such as pharmaceutical companies’ organization (pharmaceutical agreements, SOPs…), marketing authorization, early access, pricing and reimbursement conditions for health products and advertising.
She also has experience in regulatory issues related to medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
