• Refresher training: we've been providing a number of SMCR - One Year On training sessions to Senior Manager teams at various clients. These are designed to provide an update on developments including FCA commentary/guidance and enforcement trends/non-financial misconduct, and the FCA's expectations with the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please do get in touch if such training would be of interest.

• Conduct Hotline: our confidential Conduct Hotline combines our cross-practice expertise to provide firms with a single contact point to advise on whether behaviour subject to a disciplinary amounts to a conduct rule breach. It is a cost effective way to leverage our collective industry experience and obtain a high level view quickly (wherever possible within 24 hours) with further advice to follow on an agreed basis. • Senior Manager interviews: the FCA has called a number of our clients' Senior Managers to interview during their SMF application process. We have extensive experience with preparing Senior Managers for interviews with all those Senior Managers going on to be approved. We have had great feedback on this work so please do let us know if you need any assistance with this.

• SMCR Solution: the SMCR Solution is a comprehensive SMCR portal that will assist you in assigning, training (using the SMCR Academy), and recording the organisations compliance with SMCR. Implementation can be managed and viewed via an interactive management dashboard. • SMCR Academy: a collection of e-training modules designed by our SMCR team which are specific to the asset management sector. The modules cover both general training on the Conduct Rules in the context of the asset management sector and separate specific training modules on the application of the rules to individual roles that are commonly performed within such firms.
