Amy is a managing associate in the financial services regulatory team. Amy has in-depth knowledge of the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and extensive experience of its application to dual and FCA regulated firms. Amy is heavily involved with the firm’s SMCR Toolkit for FCA regulated firms and is the author of SMCR View – a popular monthly round-up of key SMCR, culture, conduct and governance matters. As part of her work Amy has advised on a number of conduct related issues and assists with the firm’s Conduct Hotline.

Amy also has significant experience of matters relating to regulated entity governance and culture and works closely with a cross-practice team from the firm’s Employment and Regulatory Investigations practices.

Amy joined the firm as a trainee in 2016 and has been on secondment to the private wealth division of a large international financial services firm, as well as to the legal team of a digital bank more recently.
