Jurisdiction – the “Brexit transition period gap”
The Belgian Supreme Court has held that the Hague Convention 2005 continued to apply to the UK during the Brexit transition period
Due to the impact of Art 21C of CRD6 on the provision of core banking services into the EU by non-EU firms, we have added a number of features to the EU View service.
