EU View Bulletin: 31 December 2020

Spain: On Wednesday 30 December 2020, the Royal the Decree-law 38/2020 of 29 December 2020 (RDL 38/2020) was published in the Spanish Official Gazette. This Decree, which enters into force on 1 January 2021, includes various measures dealing with the situation of the UK as a third country after the end of the transitional period – including a specific section dedicated to financial services, including the approval of a temporary regime until the 30 June 2021.
