TECH: ignite – Germany 2026
A bold new identity for our Digital Day: Join us on 7 May 2026 as we launch the ninth edition of our Munich event, now re‑imagined as TECH: ignite – Germany.
Simmons & Simmons are experts in artificial intelligence law, regulation and policy, and have spent the last seven years building an international practice with deep industry knowledge.
Our Simmons AI Group works closely with our internal LLM / Generative AI team, led by Simmons Wavelength (a team of legal design, engineering and data science specialists who are responsible for implementing our own generative AI offering – Percy).
We are therefore able to call upon specialist, technical AI expertise to provide unique practical insights, complementing our AI law advice.
Simmons has a thriving AI law practice. Our AI Group comprises c.100 lawyers and non-lawyers (including data scientists and AI engineers), across different practice areas and jurisdictions.
See the types of services we offer clients in our AI Toolkit, which reflects the range of experience our AI lawyers and engineers have advising clients on AI legal, regulatory, and governance issues.

The EU AI Act is a comprehensive, sector-agnostic EU regulation which applies directly in Member States. Every organisation that uses or deals with AI in some way will need to consider the possible impact of the EU AI Act.
Our dedicated EU AI Act webpage contains important information on the Act, as well as our key resources and contact details.
Wavelength is the legal engineering arm of Simmons & Simmons, designed to enhance our legal services through technological innovation. It focuses on applying advanced data science, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge technologies to streamline and improve legal processes. Wavelength aims to make legal advice more efficient, accessible, and effective for clients by integrating these technologies into our practices.
Our AI Readiness services bring together the experience of our global Generative AI division, the regulatory expertise of our AI Group and the legal engineering capability of our Wavelength team to enable in-house teams to successfully adopt AI.
