This tracker provides a summary of the Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) approved, rejected or known to be pending approval between the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) or the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), and corporate bodies who have been charged with economic offences. DPAs were first introduced in the Crime and Courts Act, which received Royal Assent in April 2013. They subsequently became available on 24 February 2014, under Schedule 17 of the Crime and Courts Act 2013.
