Quentin is a partner based in London and a member of our Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure and Construction (ENRIC) team. He is an oil and gas specialist with over 15 years' experience advising global companies in the resources sector on high-value cross-border corporate transactions and project development. He advises on mandates globally, with a focus on emerging markets and in particular Africa.
His practice focuses on the full lifecycle of upstream and midstream oil and gas assets, covering complex M&A/A&D, joint ventures, licensing and commercial arrangements, as well as product trading. Alongside conventional energy, he has significant experience across emerging energy technologies and fuels (hydrogen, ammonia, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), eSAF, eMethanol) and carbon capture and storage (CCS), advising on investment, M&A and project development in each.
Quentin acts for a broad range of clients including energy companies, investors, funds and other infrastructure investors, project developers and multinational corporates, including traders. His work spans cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments, project development and commercial arrangements across conventional energy, infrastructure and energy transition markets, giving him a versatile transactional and projects offering.
