International law firm Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its energy offering with the appointment of Quentin Robinson as a Partner in its London office.
Joining from a UK-headquartered global law firm, Quentin is a widely regarded oil and gas lawyer with experience advising on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, investments, project development and commercial arrangements across conventional energy, infrastructure and energy transition markets.
A highly ranked lawyer with 15 years of experience, his expertise spans oil and gas transactions, energy transition investments, project development and product trading. Alongside oil and gas, he has particular experience advising on emerging energy technologies and fuels, including hydrogen, ammonia, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), eSAF, eMethanol and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
Quentin also brings expertise advising on complex transactions in emerging markets, including across Africa, and acts for a broad range of clients including energy companies, investors, funds and other infrastructure investors, project developers and multinational corporates (including traders).
Joining Simmons & Simmons' Energy, Natural Resources, Infrastructure & Construction (ENRIC) team, Quentin's arrival enhances the firm's capabilities across the energy sector, strengthening its ability to support clients on increasingly complex cross-border transactions spanning conventional energy, infrastructure and energy transition opportunities.
