Renée Resch is an associate in the Employment practice in our Düsseldorf office. She advises our clients on all employment law questions covering daily business as well as restructuring projects.
She successfully completed her law studies at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg. Renée completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. She gained valuable experience in an international law firm, in the German Embassy in Athens and in the legal department of Heidelberg University Hospital focussing on employment law. After her second state examination, she gained further valuable experience as a research assistant in a leading boutique law firm in Düsseldorf. Renée also successfully obtained an LL.M. in International and European Legal Studies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Renée has been with Simmons & Simmons since 2023 and has been admitted as a lawyer since 2024.
