Fiona specialises in domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions. She regularly advises sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks and other financial institutions across a broad range of leveraged debt products. Her recent experience includes advising on senior, unitranche, PIK and super senior debt structures, for private and public-to-private acquisitions as well as general corporate financing transactions.
