£255m syndicated lending arrangements

Advising Diploma PLC as part of a cross-firm team of experts on its £255 million syndicated lending arrangements regarding the underwritten finance package consisting of a $170 million term loan and a £135 million revolving credit facility provided by two of the UK’s largest banks.

The Economist Group – revolving credit facility

Advising a group of lenders (including Bank of Ireland, HSBC and National Bank of Kuwait, among others) in relation to a cross border investment grade revolving credit facility for The Economist Group.

Global irrigation and sustainability business

Advising a fast-growing global irrigation and sustainability business on its c. $350 million loan facility. The transaction involved jurisdictions in Europe, North America, South America and the Middle East.
