Melissa Fisher is an Associate in the Intellectual Property group at Simmons and Simmons, specialising in non-contentious transactional and regulatory matters.
Melissa has expertise advising on all types of transactions involving intellectual property, including complex licence agreements, collaboration agreements, manufacturing and supply arrangements and the intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions and financing. Melissa also advises companies on life sciences regulatory compliance matters.
Melissa has experience in a wide range of industries including life sciences, TMT and finance, with a particular focus on transactions in the life sciences sector, including a secondment to a global biotechnology company.
Melissa has a first class degree from the University of York and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law & Practice from the University of Oxford.
