Carla is a distinguished lawyer in the Employment Law group of our Madrid office, where she joined in 2024. With a solid academic background, she holds a double degree in Law and Labour Relations from the University of Deusto, as well as a master's degree in access to the legal profession and procurement.
Offering comprehensive legal advice to large and medium-sized companies, both national and international, on all aspects of labour relations, Carla combines her deep knowledge of employment law with an innovative and dynamic perspective. She specialises in litigation before labour courts, collective bargaining, and strategic advice on labour relations matters, representing clients in high-profile individual and collective legal disputes. Additionally, she provides representation in legal proceedings at all levels and in proceedings before the labour inspection.
Her fluency in Spanish, English, and Basque facilitates effective communication in an international context, enabling her to efficiently advise foreign companies on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
