Colleen is dual qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and England and Wales. She is certified in advanced advocacy with the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s National Institute for Trial Advocacy. She is also an accredited mediator with CEDR and an accredited workplace investigator with the US based Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). She is skilled not only in advising on internal workplace investigations but has a gold standard approach and methodology as an independent workplace investigator.
She was previously chair of the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and specifically the ABA International Labor and Employment Law Committee.
