Pablo is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial department of our Madrid office.
Pablo provides advice in significant project finance transactions and corporate finance matters. In particular, he advises both lenders and borrowers on all types of energy sector financing transactions (project finance, refinancing and acquisition financing) as well as all types of infrastructure. He is also involved in financial transactions covering, syndicated financings, debt restructurings and refinancing transactions.
Pablo holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM) (Spain), and a double master’s degree in (i) Corporate and Financial Management with specialisation in M&A and (ii) Access to the Practice in Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) (Spain).
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, Pablo worked at the Banking and Finance department of a leading Spanish law firm.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
His working languages are Spanish and English.
