International law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised TenFifty Capital on the financing of Zebrabox - a real estate joint venture between PGIM and Pithos for the installation of self-storage assets in the Spanish market.
The cross-border Simmons & Simmons team advising TenFifty Capital was led by a team in Spain, with assistance from the UK and Luxembourg.
The team in Spain consisted of corporate & commercial Partner and Head of Real Estate in Spain Alfonso Fernández Puebla, Counsels Ángel Maestro and Ignacio González and Associate Pablo García-Foncillas.
They were assisted by financial markets Partner Kamal Arulvel and Managing Associate Alessandro Rossi in London for English aspects and in Luxembourg by financial markets partner and country head Louis-Maël Cogis.
