Jonny has experience advising fund managers and investors across the infrastructure and private equity asset classes. He advises managers on the formation of private funds, including in relation to fund structuring and marketing. He also helps institutional investors to negotiate bespoke investment terms.
Having spent six months with Simmons Wavelength, Jonny also has experience working as a legal engineer. He continues to develop and support legal tech solutions within the firm.
