Caroline is an experienced capital markets lawyer who specialises in advising financial institutions and listed companies on all aspects of corporate law and practice, including market abuse and corporate governance. She regularly provides training to clients and is responsible for creating insights on new developments. Prior to her current role, Caroline worked in-house in the investment banking division of a UK investment bank.
