With over 15 years’ experience, Camille is recognised as a leading authority on digital regulation, advising on a broad spectrum of issues including data protection, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
Her legal expertise spans both transactional and contentious matters, enabling her to provide clients with comprehensive, strategic guidance throughout their digital transformation journeys. Camille regularly advises major financial institutions on compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and supports clients across a range of industries in their digitalisation initiatives and the development of innovative digital products. A trusted adviser to ICT companies (Software publishers, cloud service providers, FinTech, RegTech, digital platforms), Camille assists with the protection of proprietary technologies, the negotiation of complex commercial contracts and intellectual property matters.
She has also developed strong expertise in digital health and MedTech, underpinned by an in-depth understanding of the local and European ecosystem. Camille is particularly noted for her expertise in the European Health Data Space and frequently delivers training on this topic. She is the author of Luxembourg Pharmaceutical Law (2021) and is widely recognised for her expertise in the pharmaceutical sector in Luxembourg.
