Albane is both a pharmacist and a lawyer and is specialised in pharmaceutical issues. Her practice focuses mainly on regulatory matters, clinical studies, transparency and anti-kickback rules, ethical and professional healthcare regulation, promotional activities, market access and regulatory audits in the framework of M&A operations.
She advises international companies operating in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector including medicinal products, medical devices, biotechnologies, food supplements, CBD, cosmetics, medical applications, nanomaterials and genetically modified organisms.
Albane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined our Paris office the same year.
She holds a PharmD and a master’s degree in business law applied to Life Sciences sector.
Prior to join Simmons & Simmons, Albane was a legal counsel for two years in a technology transfer affiliate specialised in oncology.
