Ariane specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice mainly covers clients in national and cross-border disputes with a particular focus on insurance law, product liability, tort and commercial contractual disputes.
She assists clients both at a pre-litigation and litigation stage.
Ariane advises clients in various sectors, such as construction, insurance, real estate, pharmaceutical and medical devices.
Ariane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons the same year.
She holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Melbourne, a Master degree in Business Law and studied a double degree in French Law and Common Law at Paris Nanterre University. Her prior experience includes working in other national and international law firms in both Paris and Melbourne.
She is fluent in French and English.
