Devina is a Supervising Associate in the firm’s Tier 1 AI Law & Regulation practice, with a background in Disputes & Investigations. She is one of the firm’s AI specialists and advises some of the world’s largest companies, including frontier AI companies, Big Tech, and major financial institutions, on the legal, regulatory, and ethical issues relating to AI.

Her experience includes advising on EU AI Act compliance, AI governance and responsible AI, with a particular specialism in AI systems used across the employment lifecycle. She regularly advises multinational clients on global AI legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Alongside her AI practice, Devina has significant experience in high-value, complex and cross-border disputes. She has acted for major corporations, financial institutions, government bodies, and investors in commercial litigation, including competition litigation, and has experience of disputes spanning multiple jurisdictions.
