Naomi's practice focuses on advising regulated (UCITS, Part II funds, SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated funds (LPs and RAIFs) across various asset classes - notably private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and venture capital funds. She guides them on key issues relating to structuring and formation, regulatory compliance and ongoing fund maintenance. Naomi also advises their related structures or companies (GPs, AIFMs, etc.) with various strategies.

Naomi also advises fund managers on ESG aspects from a regulatory perspective, and from a transactional perspective. She guides them on hard and soft law ESG regimes including the SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation, United Nations for Principles Responsible Investment and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She is a member of the Luxembourg ESG Private Funds Task Force of Simmons & Simmons.

Naomi holds a Master’s degree in International law and Consumer law from the University of Lorraine (France) and an advanced Master’s degree in Litigation, proceedings and jurisdictions from the same university. Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons in 2021, Naomi worked as a fund lawyer at a local law firm.

Naomi is a member of the Luxembourg Bar (list II) and she is fluent in French and English.
