Eberhard is an Of Counsel in the firms banking group. He specialises in asset and cash-flow based financing (project and leveraged finance, renewable energy), syndicated lending, export financing and corporate finance.
He was a founder member of the working group of the documentation committee of the Loan Market Association and involved in the development of the investment grade and secondary trade documents.
Prior to joining us he worked more than 36 years in the syndicated loan and the legal department of a leading German bank.
