Siemkje Batenburg is a consultant based out of our Amsterdam office. As a real estate notary, she works on all aspects of commercial real estate and real estate-related transactions. Siemkje advises a wide variety of clients on (commercial) real estate transactions, (re-)financing and real estate development; she also advises on divisions into apartment rights, the establishment of leasehold constructions and any other possible ownership rights in relation to (the legal structuring of) existing properties, (unbuilt) plots of land and solar/wind farms.
Siemkje acts for investment funds, private equity funds, institutional investors, banks and debt-funds, who are active/investing in (the (re-)financing) of various real estate asset classes (mainly retail, business, residential, leisure, logistics and energy).
