Ivy joined the firm in 2012 and is a funds lawyer focusing on the asset management and investment funds sector.
She has extensive experience in a variety of products, from listed and unlisted retail funds to private funds.
She also advises on regulatory issues of asset managers. Clients include international institutional managers and other Hong Kong-licensed asset managers, with a focus on managers with a mainland Chinese background.
